Our aim is to become the UK's leading provider in care of the older
person and specialise in long and short term care.
Research established in association with Dementia Care, Age Concern
and other relevant groups, will allow our staff to continue to provide
care of the highest standards.
The Company's commitment to training, will ensure that our staff
have the necessary up-to-date skills and knowledge to achieve these
standards. All our managers are now enrolled in our In-House Management
Development Programme. This is a 10 modular programme and provides
managers with the relevant management skills with which to manage
the Homes. Our long-term aim is to have the programme accredited
to NVQ Level 4 Management.
