TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
(1) To qualify to enter the competition you must not be an employee, a supplier or contractor of Greenways Rest Home, its associate companies or any member of such person’s family. This competition is not open to present and previous service users of Greenways Rest Home. Ark Care Services reserves the right to verify the legibility of applications.
(2) Applicant and recipient must be UK resident and based in the Lancashire area.
(3) In order to qualify for the prize, your entry must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details. Those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.
(4) By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you is true.
(5) Only one entry per entrant is permitted and the recipient must be aged 65years and over.
(6) The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
(7) Ark Care Services reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
(8) In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Ark Care Services shall be final.
(9) Ark Care Services reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
(10) A pre-admission assessment would be carried out to determine whether Greenways Rest Home can meet the need of the recipient.
(11) If an applicant is disqualified from the competition, Ark Care Services in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement applicant should be selected. In this event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the original applicant and will be subject to these terms and conditions
(12) Entry to be completed by post only. Applicant must include their name, age, contact telephone number and occupation with submission entry. Posted entries must be marked “Lifestyle Change” and addressed to Mrs A. Butt Head Office 33 Southwest Road, London E11 4AW and bear the correct postage. They are invalid if they arrive any latter than 5pm on the specified closing date.
(13) Proof of postage will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibilities can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in post. Ark Care Services has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries.
(14) The winner would be selected from those entries received before the closing date by the panel of Management including Care Home Manager. Ark Care Services will not be liable for any circumstances that prevent a prize being taken up by a recipient.
(15) All applicants would be contacted by Ark Care Services and the organisation decision is final.
(16) The winners name may be published on the Ark Care Services websites.
(17) The winners may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of Ark Care Services, Greenways Rest Home and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
(18) Ark Care Services reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice.
(19) By entering this competition applicants agree to receive marketing or promotion materials from time to time from Ark Care Services.
(20) By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
